I am thinking about renting out my apartment for Pesach at Tower 41 in Miami Beach. I have never done this before, and I was curious if I decide to do it what to charge? My family can really use the money. We have a 1 bedroom with a king and a twin and a very comfortable pull out couch in the living room.
