I want to make suvganiyot today. The recipe I want to use calls for 1.75 oz fresh yeast. Does anyone know how to convert it to powdered instant yeast? How many teaspoons will I need?

Thanks!

Please refer your yeast to your LOR so that you can be sure it has a halachickly valid conversion. Thank you.
