I am looking to hire a photographer for my son's upcoming Bar Mitzvah in June iy'H. I am looking for somebody good, but inexpensive, who is willing to come for 2 hours only.
The Bar Mitzvah will be in Wimsbg.

You could try Yaakov Rosenthal, Google his phone number.
He is very good and was extremely cheap when we used him, He might've Gone up by now.
