according to the way Chabad paskens, for the dough to be mezonos, the majority of the liquids have to be something other than water, e.g. fruit juice, eggs . One should be careful not to use juice concentrate mixed with water, or reconstituted juice from concentrate, because that is the same as water in so far as the halacha is concerned.
