Challah Apple Kugel - soak 2-3 cubed Challos in apple juice, add 4-6 cubed apples, 1/2-1 cup sugar, 12-16 eggs, 1/4-1/2 cup oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsps cinnamon. Bake until golden. This was our traditional "Pesach-is-coming" food when I was growing up.

she probably means erev pessach/shobbos... you must flush it down the toilet or if an erev put in a public place.

the idea of falshing good food down the toilet doesnt' sit well with me.

I would exsplore all other possible options firts.

One of them is making/ buying small individual kezais sized rolls so that there would be no leftovers, besides crumbs,

that's what I thought you meant!
you can make French Toast, or grind them up into bread crumbs and make breaded fillets of fish or chicken, or dip your Shabbos chicken into mayo and seasoned bread crumbs

my mil was having the same problem this shabbos that she doesn't either want to flush it down so she decided that she would poor soap all over it and then trash it out side. Confused to me it sounds the same throwing away good food but she insists that it will be bad after you soap it down. now wouldn't flushing it down be bad afterwards too? Confused

One of the Rabbis here in montreal said that you have to flush it down the toilet becasue if you dont it is still considered in your possesion. He said the best hamotzie to eat is pita bread because it makes less crumbs.
