I use Perme agency. The first lady I had was so-so. The 2nd lady was good but weird-she said she wasnt available the next friday when I wanted her. So that was that. Then I got a 3rd lady and she is really amazing. She is reliable, nice, very thorough and speaks excellent english. Boruch Hashem! She is really my lifesaver as I work on Friday and my dh is home. I hope I'm not making an ayin hara!

anyone ever use this Agency?
Are their cleaning ladies good and Thorough? Reliable? Honest? (just fired my most recent one amongst other reasons, for stealing $100-she returned it when confronted, and for being totally unreliable with time.)
What nationality are the women from this Agency? or is it no specific One? (just curious)

I need a good cleaning lady desperately, and hate having to go through a million women to find someone good.

first time she miscalendared,
second time 'her best' cleaning lady was not available,
third time I didn't ask.
