He's being very cranky the last few days & woke up and doesnt move his head to his right side. Should I be concerned?

Call your doctor. A stiff neck can be a symptom of different things. Of course it can just be a stiff neck, but definitely call to make sure.

my neighbor had w/ her 13 month old baby she didn't move her head she went to the dr 4 testing in the end she had a sinus infection

Yes you should be! This is a sign of meningitis...please bring him in to be seen by a doctor!

OP: he woke up with 102.9 fever and still uses his eyes instead of his neck, to look sideways. if he has to see in back of him, he will turn his body

Don't post about it on FB -get him to a doctor! High fever + neck stiffness can be serious.

Another sign of meningitis is sensitivity to light. I agree with everyone else -- doctor or ER now.

OP: The doctor says he has an ear infection, plus the right lymph node on his neck is swollen. That causes discomfort so he won't move his head. Thans everyone for hour help.
