Please link/post/provide me with any and all chicken recipes that freeze well. I prefer bottoms and/or wings. No white meat please.

Sesame chicken
6 pieces chicken
1 c. bread crumbs
1 T apricot jelly
¾ c. brown sugar
½ c. ketchup
½ c. water
1/3 c. sesame seeds
Wet chicken add bread crumbs bake 9 x13 30 min covered
Boil 4 ingrediants together 2 minutes pour on top bake 45 min uncovered
I skip the sesame due to allergies and it taste great and freezes well
I have done the orange chicken, cranberry chicken and a few other from kosher by design Passover froze them and they have come out great.

here is another two
Apricot Chicken
1 chicken ¼’s
2 heaping T onion soup mix
¼ c. mayo
¼ c. ketchup
½ c. apricot jam
Mix together and pour over chicken with skin bake 350 uncovered 1 hour
Saucy Chicken cutlet
Dice huge onion
Dice red pepper
Fry in oil
Drain add can of mushrooms, sauté with onions and peppers. Remove from flame. In large bowl mix 1 jar apricot jelly in ¾ c. of ketchup add T of sugar, add onions, peppers, mushrooms, mix well. Pour over cutlets. Cover in pan and bake 45 minutes at 350.

Thanks. I'll keep these in mind for next time.
I think it would be a good idea in general to have a thread with freezer friendly recipes.
