I need some meal ideas that can be made, double wrapped, in an oven (and still not compromise quality).
So far, the only one I have is chicken and rice.

the spaghetti will cook in the oven? I don't have a pot.
and do you have a good mac and cheese recipe?
hot dogs-- do I need to add water to the pan? I know nothing about cooking covered except for roasts (which I won't make for dinner), chicken and rice, and matzah lasagna!
any other ideas?

Oh I didnt realize you cant have a step before it goes into the oven... You can definitely bake rice separately (without chicken) and you can make sesame chicken thats really good that you keep covered the whole time. You can also make chicken with potatoes, and ramom has a recipe for oven baked farfel that I make all the time with isreali couscous that also bakes covered.

Sorry, I was thinking the spaghetti could be pre-cooked and then reheated in the pan.
Macaroni and cheese:
Empty 1 box macaroni into a 9x13 pan. Add 1 jar marinara sauce. Fill the jar halfway with milk and the rest with water. Add to the pan. Mix. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top or place on top about 8 slices of American Cheese. Mix.
Cover well with foil.
Bake at 400 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
(this is the same recipe that is linked above)

spagetti & other noodles will cook double wrapped, just need enough liquid- water, sauce or milk(ie in mac & cheese or lasanya)
first time I met DH's family, had to cook whole dinner double wrapped: chicken breasts with mushrooms & slices of lemon, IIRC. frozen veggies in seperate pan. SIL's thought I was a nut, but a good cook, so I was accepted in the family, I guess.
use oil for cubed potatoes. wrapped potatoes, sweet potatoes & carrots do well too.
will need extra cooking time &/or bake 450 degrees--
doubling the pans makes it less awkward to unwrap--
remember you will need serving utensils & something to put hot pans down on--clean towels are a good idea for this.
bring some spices if you can.
