Banana Crumb Cake
from Good Housekeeping
Cake:
cup and a half flour
tsp baking powder
half tsp baking soda
pinch salt
2 pinches cinnamon
2 T fat
2 eggs
3 bananas, frozen is fine
3 T honey
1 tsp vanilla
Topping:
half cup nuts, any kind, chopped
quarter cup coconut
quarter cut flour
quarter cut brown sugar
pinch cinnamon
2 T fat
Mix your cake ingredients and pour into 9" pan. Top with topping and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes to an hour.

| you have twice bakibg powder. is it correct or 1 has to be baking soda?
