Mommeeeeeeee!

A few months ago one of the magazines, I'm like 98% sure it was Binah, had a feature on "Healthy Shabbos Party", and they ran a recipe for homemade fruit leather made with nothing but unsweetened applesauce baked in the oven. I saved the instructions for how to do it but of course now I can't find it, so can someone help me out with the specifics?

Homemade Fruit Leather
• 1 (46oz) jar apple sauce
Spread the applesauce on a standard cookie sheet. Place in oven at 170° F overnight.
In the morning check consistency – should be like soft, fresh fruit leather. If it’s still a bit wet in center, leave out for another hour to dry.
