My host told me her chicken cutlets with peppers was from the bobov cookbook but I don't have it Sad
can anyone help me with the recipe.
It's breaded cutlets with peppers and a sweetish sauce.
She skipped the breading and I liked it that way just fine.

I really appreciate it!

Breaded or in a batter? Is it sweet and pungent chicken?

It was def sweet. I don't know if it was supposed to b breaded or battered bc she skipped that step. I'm pretty sure she said breaded though
