French onion soup I love this recipe. The taste is a bit different but absolutely delicious.
Penne a la vodka (I never made this recipe, my daughter is on my lap eating for a change so let me know if you want my tried and true recipe and I will get it for you later.)

Penne a la vodka
1 pkg penne, cooked and drained
1 T butter
1 T fresh crushed garlic
melt butter in pot and sautee garlic in butter
add:
7 oz tomato sauce
7 oz crushed tomatoes
1 t dried basil
salt, pepper to taste
3 T vodka
3/4 c heavy cream
2 T parmesan cheese (I'm not a big fan of parmesan so I usually substitute with another shredded cheese.)

KBD's teriyaki salmon:
1 large or 4 small fillets, skin removed
Dijon mustard
3/4 cup teriyaki
3/4 cup soy sauce s
1/2 cup brown sugar
brush fillet with mustard.
Mix rest of ingredients. Pour half of marinade over salmon. Marinate 1 -4 hours.
Preheat grill. Grill the salmon for 6- 8 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Baste salmon often with the reserved marinade.

My 3 min penne a la vodka
Heat some marinara sauce in a pot
add some basil/herbs to taste,
When bubbling add a bit of vodka
Let simmer for 5 min, add cream
Bring to boil and then simmer for about 15 min,
pour over cooked pasta, sprinkle grated cheese, stir and enjoy.
