However.
What's with the live band music during the Three Weeks... | my sister and I were there to welcome a relative and we were wondering the same thing. Who knows. Maybe they asked as were told it was ok or they forgot to ask or did not think about it.
It was a very moving ceremony.

I emailed Danny Oberman asking if one is allowed to listen to live band music during the three weeks; he emailed me back to ask my Rabbi...
