Hi,
I'm currently considering taking the yiddish test to become certified blingual speech therapist. Has anyone taken it? What's it like? How hard is it? How did you study?
TIA!

Dh took this test about 2 yrs ago for special ed. To be bilingual the test is not enough you also have to take the courses. It was very hard. The test is in old yiddish, not the language spoken nowadays.
The best way to study is speak to people who took the test and ask the questions. They keep reusing the same test over again.

I took the test before I started working with the Yiddish speaking population. I barely knew Yiddish. I spoke to one person who said that I shouldn't even expect to pass. I didn't do any studying. I had no clue what type of questions they'd be asking
Just walked in and took the test.
Guess what? I passed! You will too.
