I think it's only a seasonal store. Not 100% sure though.
IIRC it's on 15th avenue between 45 & 46.

Seasonal as in only during school months? Can I still catch them this month of June?
Is there a sign outside? If I pass by would I know where to go in?

No, I think seasonal as right before & the beging of the school year. That's what I remember.
