my DS, 19 mo, has a pretty bad cold, and his temperature keeps going from 99.5-100.5, up & down. rectally-its usually about 99.3, so im not considering him as having fever right now, especially since the last time I checked it was 99.5.
yesterday he had a few dirty diapers, some looked more like diarrhea than others. just now, I changed his first dirty of the day and it was real green. ive seen green diapers before, but this one was a real weird color, almost bright green. he hasnt eaten anything different than usual. could it just be from the cold? or should I bring him to the dr?

Viruses can definitely make diapers bright, bright green, at least in breastfed babies. I'm not sure I've seen it in older toddlers who are eating solids...
