My dd started recently "forgetting" to wash her hands after using the toilet and sometimes to flush too. she's 5, she's been washing since she started using the toilet a while ago but she doesn't want to wash her hands anymore. I have to physically make her go back and wash up; she fights it.
This is not negotiable.
I don't always know when she goes so even if I put a sign in the bathroom, she still might not wash.
How do I make sure she washes her hands??!!

buy kids scented foaming handsoap. it's more fun for them to use.

I have tried a soap that prints a dot on your palm that you need to wash off but that just turned in to a toy.
I'll try the scented one. thanks
