I have been doing prenatal yoga for a while already. Anyone who has taken prenatal yoga knows there is a lot of squatting involved (and working out the muscles used in labor).
The past week, my muscles (not exactly sure what to call them) outside the vaginal area have really been hurting.. it hurts to walk normally.
Is this normal? Do you think it's just charley horse and it will pass?
