I am out of town and don't have the cookbook with me. If someone could post this recipe I'd really appreciate it. TIA!

I think this is the third recipe Im typing up from the BY Book.. 'tis a good book!!
It's My pleasure - the pic. looks yum!

Breaded Garlic Salmon

Ingredients:
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. yellow mustard
3. Tbsp. vinegar
4. cloves crushed garlic
1/2 tsp. paprika
4- 4 ounces. salmon fillet
1 c. flavored bread crumbs

Method:
Preheat oven to 350.

Whisk oil,sugar,mustard,vinegar,garlic and paprika in a small bowl.
Pour half of the sauce in a small sauce pan and set aside.
Coat Salmon with remaining sauce and dredge in crumbs.

Place in a greased 9' baking pan and bake uncovered till flaky about 45 min.

Warm reserved sauce in a small sauce pan. Drizzle over fish before serving. Serve Hot.

I need to second how good this recipe was - I'm not a fish-eater myself but dh and all the guests raved about this salmon! thank you Smile
