Anyone know of kosher food and minyan in PA?

You can get kosher food at Dutch Wonderland. Get a 45-minute shopper's pass which will give you enough time to eat. When we were in the area last year, one afternoon they got a mincha minyan and the next afternoon they didn't have enough men to make a minyan. And Cherry Crest Farm in Ronks (east of Lancaster) sells cholov Yisroel pizza.
Degel Israel shul in Lancaster has a shacharis minyan. Their website has what you need to know about kosher, mikvah, etc. in the Lancaster area: http://centralpaskoshermart.co.....n.php

Degel Israel also has minyanim for mincha and maariv. You can get the schedule by calling 717-397-0183.
Also, this time of year, many of the hotels near Dutch Wonderland are full of frum people, and often have minyanim there, too.

Last year dutch wonderland did not have a restuarant inside the park. They did have a buffet outside the park you had to pre-reserve and it did fill fast. It looked excellent.

(If you buy dutch wonderland tickets through them it can also be cheaper)
Hershey Park still has a kosher stand I believe - I think meat. They may open a kosher pizza stand this year as well. You can get a pass to enter for 30 minutes to get food.
I know in Harrisburg there was a grocery store with some kosher options, not pas yisroel, but not ready made food.
In Lancaster you have Degel Israel. During busy season many hotels and parks have minyanim.
Harrisburg also has a shul.

Where? How far from Hershey Park? What else besides pizza do they offer?
Is there a Pizza place on grounds of Hershey's park, thats written about on the centralpakoshermarket website?
