The "in" colors now are gray. Many pple like it. I know I don't want my house to be gray, so I told the decorator, and choose a nice beige.

go look at the paint colours at your local home depot or sherwin williams or hardware store ... they have sample cards or have the interior decorator come with a colour fan ...
forget "in" colours - choose what makes you happy

why is this post being opened after 2 years?
But my personal favorite is Adina Kornbluth from Circa Design.
She just finished the new Tuesday's child store in lakewood (even though she works in monsey) and its stunning!
