W[h]ere can I convert a cassette tape to cd in lkwd

Does it really want to be a CD, or is it converting just for marriage? How long has it studied to be a CD? And remember, no matter what, there's still a risk that the Israeli rabbinate will declare that its still a cassette.

er, I can't claim it as my own either, though I don't remember exactly where I saw it... I think based on the following s/o forwarded to mew/o attribution:

Many people have been asking me about the Halachos of Chanuka and I feel it's important to calm everyone down.

1. Starting today you should start eating at least 2-3 donuts a day to get your body ready.

2. Once Chanuka starts you must eat as many donuts a day as you light candles. So day 4 would be 4 donuts, day 7 would be 7 ..... etc ........

3. If you don't remember how many you ate, you eat as many as possible to eat the Shiur Hayom.

4. Baked donuts are not counted and should be avoided like Trayf.

5. At least one donut a day should have jelly.

9. Avoid physical activity on Chanuka. We want the miracle of oils to be visible on you.

How to get an OT degree

1) Get a BA
2) Enroll in OT school.
3) Read the assignments.
4) Write the papers.
5) Do the fieldwork.
6) Attend graduation.
7) Accept diploma.

That's how all people with professional degrees do it (substitute your field of choice for OT school). There's no magical conspiracy where you are just magically conferred a degree and a license.
