My nine year old needs an oral surgeon. The dentist said the space between his two upper teeth can only be fixed if we cut the upper lip. The muscle is impeding on proper growth. Anyone had this scenario before? Recommendations? I'm in brooklyn.

Dr. Hertz on Ocean Avenue- but he doesn't really specialize in pediatrics. He's done me, and my 6 year old son.

I used Dr. Feder in Boro Park to cut a tongue tie on a five month old. The procedure is the same I believe, it's called a franectomy( spelling?) He's not only for pediatric though.

No such thing as pedo os just os who will see kids. I don't have a rec but just wanted u to know its a simple procedure and u have nothing to worry about.
