my dd is constantly cracking her nuckles, she said its so hard to stop because did it so often that it hurts is she doesnt crack it
is there any creams or anything that she can use to make her fingers stronger?
what should I do?

I do it, I do it now less than I did as a teen but it can be really tense if you don't crack it.
Its REALLY hard to stop. I once stopped for 1 year but then someone next to me on a bus was doing it and I started again.
Now I usually do it when I get up in the am and the during the day only when I get tense/nervous. There is nothing really to do for it, just try get her to do it less.
