im making this now. the one that calls for ginerale. it says to cook on 350 uncovered for an hour and then it's done.. I think it's still raw though!!! everyone other recipe I looked at says to cook a minute roast much longer. anyone ever make this recipe? I just covered it and am keeping in the oven longer..
anyone have succcess with the recipe and did you cook it longer?

I went on to imamother to see reviews on this recipe. Can anyone let me know what they thought? Is it worth making? Is the cooking time accurate?
