Did anyone here read Waves of Blue by Shoshana Kagan? Please share your thoughts.

This book is written by a frum woman who had postpartum depression about her experience. I found it to be written really well in such an honest way, and would think that anyone going through a similar experience would get a lot of chizuk from it. Is there anyone else on this forum that read it?
