1-pot chicken with rice and squash
from food magazine

chicken
cut up squash
rice, leftover is fine
Italian seasoning, garlic and pepper
cut up onion

Put your chicken in large disposable roaster with the butternut squash & cut up onion. Add your spices and bake. If using leftover rice, add at end & serve hot.
