Anyone heard about this movie?

Apparently it's directed by a Chareidishe woman and it won alot of prizes.

saw the movie a few weeks ago at my local community center. It was a wonderful movie.
Yes the director is a BT and the movie only shows chassidim in the best light. I enjoyed it a lot.

It's coming out here next thursday. I've been waiting to see it. I'm glad to hear that it was good, also from a frum person's perspective.

I dont think you will find it on line. It is very new and I have no idea if it is in any other country besides for Israel just yet.

I guess so, but it is an international film. Not all international films go all over the world.

I was able to put it in my save list on netflix (that usually means they just didn't get it yet but will as soon as it's available).

It came out last year in theaters, but I don't think the DVD version was released just yet. It got great reviews and she won some prestigious award-I forgot which one.

It is extremely realistic. The producer is an israeli who is a BT into that world, so she knew from what she was talking about when making the film.

I just read the review. I cant say that she saw the same film that I did. There was no antisemitism and the movie was done nicely, nothing against that community at all. It was a lovely film.
