I'd like to make a Pesach'dig apple kugel and cake for shabbos since my house is virtually clean.
Any great recipes for cake?

I have a great apple kugel that works with potato starch or matza meal. but its with the pesach recipes at my parents house...

12 grated apples
sugar
eggs
potato starch
cinnamon (I think)

maybe someone else has the exact recipe...
