Does anyone have a TNT recipe for an apple-crisp topping with oil, no margarine? I don't mind matza shruya recipes. TIA!

Yum. Sounds like the perfect dessert for this year's seder.
I'm also awaiting this recipe!

I do sliced apples sprinkled with a little orange (or lemon juice); sometimes mixed with cranberry sauce and this topping:
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/3 cup potato starch
3 tbp. oil
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
The topping is originally from a recipe for sweet potato pie, but I've found it to be the best KLP topping.

I tore this out of one of the magazines a few years ago, but I don't know which one.
Sweet Potato Pie
Base:
3-4 sweet potatoes
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup coffee whitener, almond milk or orange juice
1 lg. egg, beaten
3 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. vanilla sugar
Topping:
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/3 cup potato starch
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Peel and cut sweet potatoes and boil in small pot until soft. Drain well and return to pot.
Mash, but don’t overdo it; the potatoes should be thick and not too smooth (to make the pie thicker and hold together better). Add remaining base ingredients. Mix well.
Pour into a lightly greased 9” round pan. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for half an hour.
