I made an Ungar's loaf and it was so wet and runny. I baked it in a little water like I do year-round, covered for an hour and a half.
Usually we like fish breaded and fried, which I couldn't do for Pesach. Any suggestions for Shabbos?

You can still slice it and fry it, unless you only use shmaltz.

Is that oil? I did a sweet fish, which I fried in oil, then added a sauce.
I want just a plain fish. thanks

Bake uncovered and without any water; add spices and chopped onions and garlic. It comes out with a weird foam, but it still seemed to taste good (don't show your guests the foam, cool it and plate it first!)

I just put some in now. I put spices on and coated it in a little oil. I bake it dry at 350 for an hour or so, then uncover for 1/2 an hour. It comes out yummy, with a little crunch. If you don't use oil I think it would just be softer.
