I know that pesach is over (for most of you), but I thought I'd start this post so that next year when people are looking, they'd have an easier time finding recipes and recipe ideas. (I had a hard time finding menu ideas this year.)

Our food restrictions are no gluten or oats (so no matza or matza meal), no kitniyot (our rav said quinoa and flax arent kitniyot), no dairy, no eggs, no refined sugar, and no unhealthy processed foods (not from a hashkafic perspective, but a health one). Fortunately there was plenty to eat.
(I'm putting a * next to recipes that are nut free.)

Mains and sides
stuffed cabbage with quinoa/grated potatoes/carrots/sweet potatoes*
Roasted chicken*
Pot roast with red wine, honey, garlic, and onion*
Beef stroganoff- made with the pot roast, white wine, almond milk, paprika, red peppers, nutmeg, parsley, salt, garlic, and potato starch, served over sweet potato and carrot "noodles" made with a vegetable peeler then sauted.
Allergy friendly chicken nuggets coated in quinoa*
Moroccan style fish cooked with tomato paste, turmeric, salt, garlic, cilantro, paprika, and lemon*
Colcannon- mashed potatoes with fried onions, sauted greens (we did spinach and swiss chard, but cabbage works too), garlic, almond milk, salt and pepper. (can be nut free if you use coconut milk or regular milk instead of almond milk)
Eggplant roll ups*
Veggie stew with potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, fennel, onion, greens, tomato paste, etc...*
Quinoa with carrots, onions, walnuts, and raisins
Chicken soup with osem soup nuts (non gebrokts, minimal ingredients)
Rejuvelac cashew vegan cheese
Quinoa sushi*
meatballs and tomato sauce or almond milk white sauce over zucchini pasta* (tomato sauce only is nut free, not the white sauce)
waldorf salad with apples, flax mayo, honey, lemon, celery, walnuts, salt
Beet salad with flax mayo, salt, pepper, garlic, and some herbs like dill, cilantro, or parsley*
cole slaw made with flax mayo, and either cabbage or a mix of grated kohlrabi and carrots, honey, lemon, salt, and pepper*
Carrot salad with lemon, oil, paprika, garlic, hot paprika, and cilantro*
carrot salad with orange juice, raisins, pineapple chunks, and honey*
Beet borsht made with boiled beets, the water they were boiled in, grated peeled beets, chopped cucumber, a baked potato, lemon juice, honey, dill, garlic, and salt*
gazpacho*

Condiments
Homemade ketchup with pure apple juice concentrate and apple cider vinegar, salt, garlic, and cloves.*
Mayo made from flax seeds instead of oil*
Grain free sugar free terriyaki made from white wine, date syrup, lemon, garlic, ginger, salt, and potato starch*
Apple butter made by boiling down apple sauce*

Breakfasts-
quinoa ground almond potato starch flax pancakes with date syrup
Apple compote, boiled down until sweet*
milk shakes made with almond milk and fruit (use coconut milk or regular milk to make nut free)
almond milk pudding sweetened with honey (use coconut milk or regular milk to make nut free)
Quinoa hot cereal cooked with almond milk (use coconut milk or regular milk to make nut free)
hash browns*

Snacks/desserts-
Chocolate banana ice cream, banana cinnamon honey walnut ice cream (leave out the walnuts to make nut free)
Thumbprint cookies made with almond meal, potato starch, coconut sugar, flax seed, and filled with apple butter instead of jelly
Quinoa craisin spice cookies*
almond raisin mock oatmeal cookies (almond meal, potato starch, honey, ground flax, cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins, etc...)
Fruit salad*
jello made with real fruit juice and fish gelatin*
123 coconut nut cookies, with changes
Flax seed crackers*
potato based crackers*

On Pesach it's all relative. We don't use quinoa or nuts of any kind or kitniyot...but gluten is not a problem.

Ok, so if you find it hard to find kosher lipesach recipes that suit your family's allergies, feel free to share your menu and recipes. But avoiding peanuts and nuts on pesach probably is less difficult than avoiding gluten, eggs, and dairy...

We eat low carb, sugar free.

We kept it very simple.

Soups.
Eggs.
Chicken or meatballs in tomato sauce.
Veggies.

Beu.g nut free on pesach is very hard when 90% of recipes call for nuts, add in egg and dairy free, and its really hard. Wheat is not the only tough allergen on pesach.

The combo of wheat and egg or nut and egg makes it very tough, for sure...

Seraph - I have a daughter who is highly allergic to nut and we ended up in the ER for the first Seder one year when we found out she was allergic to walnuts. I do all nut free on pesach and have found MANY recipes. I will try to post some when I unpack my pesach cookbooks and lists.

Thanks for this list.

I actually eat almost Pesachdik year round (almost any Paleo/primal recipe is good for Pesach) so it is not difficlut for me but it is challenging when I have to find 3 meals a day when all of the kids are home and can't eat sandwiches. 3 are dairy free, one is gluten fee as well and one of those is super picky. Nuts and eggs aren't a problem so I don't find Pesach too tricky, just the fact that so much cooking is needed and we have to have packable food for trips is really hard.

Maybe try buying one of those boxed mixes (if you do prepared foods) and substitute apple sauce for the eggs? Chocolate usually is better. Good luck to both of us. I'm looking for the same thing.

However, usually I just make lots of different flavored ices instead.

We have allergies here to all nuts, egg and dairy. Plus assorted other things. I'm always terrified on Pesach because people put nuts in EVERYTHING!

I would love the same. I tried the boxed mixes last year with I think banana as a sub for eggs and they were inedible.

I don't think I am much help as I am sure you are already serving melon, sorbet, chocolate avocado mousse, pudding, chocolate - if you can find nut free.
I saw a chocolate pie recipe somewhere and the poster said she leaves out the egg

I know you're really looking for cake or cookie recipes. Have you tried converting vegan cake recipes?
