I just got an ice cream maker and I'm looking for some good low-fat recipes. Anyone?

1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 2 Tbsp. honey, 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder. Blend. Pour into ice cream machine until creamy. (this has to be eaten immediately - doesn't keep well in the freezer, but it's delicious and much healthier than regular ice cream.)
