Anonymrs, what's the recipe for snow peas and carrot bundles? I would like to make it.

1 Tbsp canola oil
2 Tbsp sugar
1 pound carrots, about 5 large, peeled, and cut into 3 by 1/8 inch matchsticks (I use baby carrots.)
4 ounces snow peas, cut into matchsticks
20-25 fresh chives

Heat the oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add the carrots, mix and then add in the sugar. Sautee 4-6 minutes until carrots begin to soften. Add the snow peas and sautee for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

Place the chives in a pot of hot water, let them soften for 30 seconds. Quickly remove chives to a paper towel.

Take a small pile of the carrots and snow peas and place then in the center of 1 chive. Tie the chive in a knot, securing the matchsticks into a bundle. Repeat until all vegetables are used.

Hawaiian Chicken

Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes, covered

In a saucepan, add:

1 c brown sugar
1/3 c vinegar
1 c pineapple juice
1/2 t salt
2 T soy sauce

Bring to a boil. IN a separate bowl, mix cornstarch with water (no amounts, sorry...) Add the cornstarch mixture to the sauce and whisk together. Remove from heat.

1 onion, cut into rings
1 red pepper, cut into rings
1 green pepper cut into rings
1 can sliced pineapples

Place the onions, peppers, and pineapples over the chicken. Pour sauce over the top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes, covered.

Blanch 1 lb green beans in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Run under cold water to stop the cooking process. Drain.
Heat a pan over high heat. Add a tablespoon of olive oil. When smoking, add green beans and sear 1-2 minutes, until "grill marks" appear.
Toss green beans with 2 crushed garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil, and kosher salt to taste. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Do not reheat on Yom Tov. Just take out of the fridge a few hours before the seuda and allow the green beans to come to room temperature.
