Dd's earring holes are all stretched into a line, plus they look infected and sometimes are bloody. I made dd take out her earrings for awhile, and she cleaned her ears 2 times a day with alcohol. It still doesn't look good but it's not bleeding anymore. I also gave her antibiotic cream to put on. How can I prevent further infection? Also what do I do about the fact that her hole is a line? Her earrings are small, not heavy.

You might give the ears a rest.
To avoid infection, the earring has to be 14k gold, or surgical steel, no silver, no white metal, no gold less than 14k.
The earrings could be little posts, nothing hanging down. Some prefer hydrogen peroxide to alcohol for ears. The lobe shouldn't hurt at all. If it hurts, it is still infected.
Later in life she might have gold earrings that cover the line altogether, like buttons.
