This is one thing that Lakewood is lacking: good places to eat. There are a bunch of nicer pizza shops but if you want somewhere really nice for lunch there's Ottimo. More of a restaurant style, but they're not overpriced. They have a lunch special for 2 for $35.
Fleishig there are lots of take-outs and fast-food places. The Reserve is a nice fleishig restaurant, but they are expensive.

J cafe on River Ave is more upscale then a pizza store but very well priced. Circa is less classy, but also one step up from a pizza store. Ottimo is the nicest place for Dairy but pricey.
