I'm looking to get more challos each time I bake. Anyone have a great challah recipe that calls for 6 lbs?

6 lbs challa flour
4 eggs
4 scant Tbs salt
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C oil
5 Tb dry yeast or 4 oz. fresh
6 C water (at correct temp)
I put more then 3/4 of the flour in the Bosch bowl with all the ingredients except for the salt and oil
mix till it forms a dough
mix the salt & rest of flour & add to bowl
mix till fully incorporated
add oil & mix 3-4 min
put a tiny bit of oil on the dough & give the mixer a quick whirl. this makes it easy to just dump the dough out.
transfer the dough to a greased garbage bag. twist top closed and let rise 1 hour
braid challas, put into floured or greased pans & let rise 1 hour - preheat oven to 350
brush with egg (when risen)
put challas in oven and raise to 375-400 for 15 minutes (for a crisp crust)
lower to 350 after 15 min or when crust is golden and bake another 35-45 min.
remove from pans & lay on sides to cool
