can't decide which fish to make
if I make salmon teriyake - I have to bake it before yom tov & it's good warm or cold & it's simple - only I'll be busy baking many other things
moroccan salmon is yumm - but takes time to cut things up - yet I can cook it on the stove top even on yom tov so I wouldn't have to add it to my many things to get done before
decisions decisions

thank you for the overwhelming 66% that voted for moroccan salmon aka 4 people ... the rest of us got out voted since the home front won over the cook as well

Greenfire, I make a two pound container of salmon teryaki sauce and keep it in the fridge. Whenever I want to bake salmon teryaki fish, I just pour some sauce over the fish and stick it in the oven. Preparation time - 30 seconds.

how do you make teryaki sauce ...
I just buy mine in a bottle ... similar to soy sauce ... then garlic atop & voila ... about 15 seconds to the oven

I mix an even amount of brown sugar, ketchup, and soy sauce. Next time I'll add some garlic.

I make almost everything homemade ... really making teriyake just doesn't sound worth the while ...
la choy is fine enough for me - otherwise my simple salmon wouldn't be so simple

Well, you did ask. There is no ketchup taste in teriyake salmon.
