Hi,
We're looking to move and recently saw a 2 bedroom apartment in a 2 family house. There is a separate thermostat and we would have to pay for hear.
If you rent in Brooklyn and pay for heat - what are your gas bills like all year round?
Thank you!

I think you would need to speak to the previous tenants and find out. It depends a lot on the insulation, the quality of the windows, and the type of heat. It also depends on how warm you like the house to be in the winter.
