Did anyone give their child hormones for growth and what age was the child?
My dd who is almost 12 yrs old has always gained very little weight at a time since she was a baby. Her bone age is 1 1/2 or 2 yrs less then what it should be- I'm not sure, I will pull out my paper work.

If her bone age is behind then she will just grow later than her peers. Growth hormone is only given if she is lacking certain hormones as indicated by blood work. Bone age that is behind biological age is not a reason for giving growth hormones.
