Are people going to sign if they have to fill out their first name, last name, email and full address?
Also, does the Bolivian government really care about a petition?

1) The address and personal information remains private. You can put your first initial, or you can select your name to be anonymous.
2) This petition is targeting the organizers ans sponsors of the event like Honda, Mitsubishi, Red bull etc.
