My parents give shadchanus at the wedding. They usually give $1000- tho for one sibling they broke it up (as per their rav) and gave the person who thought of the idea 1/3 and the one who did the go betweening 2/3.
an uncle of mine got one of those gold yerushalyim scenes as shadchanus once.
