You can try Rabbi Aryeh Beer. He paskens hilchos shmiras haloshon. His phone # is 732-367-1425 and he answers calls between 3:00-6:00pm and 10:00-10:30 pm. Hatzlacha

He is definitely affiliated with the CCHF. He has spoken at their events on what you can/can't say in shidduchim, etc. I am pretty sure he has smicha in many areas.

You probably have no need for this response as it relates to your original post, but perhaps it could help you for the future. Rabbi Forscheimer is a big posek in Lakewood and he supposedly answers a lot of shmiras halashon shailos. His number is 732-364-4919.
