Seriously, I believe that this belongs under travel, cause why else would you need them?
We're planning a few days' road trip, and while we plan to take a cooler, I don't need a jar of mayo, just a few packets to open & make tuna.
Anyone know of stores that sell 'em, or a local deli that will sell a few?
(I'm in Lakewood but a/o who thinks this is a good question for other cities feel free to chime in.)

While this will probably give you way more then you need, amazon does sell them. Of course, I think the smallest portion you can get them in is 200...

How about going to.your local meat/ burger type place and asking them/buying some from them?

DD did that (here in Chicago) for her DH who was traveling overseas. She wanted to buy them, but the owner just told her to take what she wanted.
For sure ask a take out place; they'll probably sell them to you for a nominal amount.

I think NPGS carries them and sells them individually.
ETA- people use them for Mishloach Manos on Purim

last time I was in brooklyn - pomegranate's deli counter gave me some single packets of things for the sandwiches I was making - even though I didn't purchase already made sandwiches [too picky for that] ... I imagine they'd be willing to sell you some - since you sound like you need more than a couple
there's always truck stops - but I can't give you a heter
