In an important text to an acquintance of mine, I typed the word 'incase' without adding the hyphen (in-case) and didn't notice that auto correct changed it to 'invade' instead

Don't ask; I received a weird reply; "And about your invading... no worries...
Only then did I notice this frightening error. embarrassed

A typo from another thread, but let's blame it on auto-correct anyway:

this is an awful epidemic, ESPECIALLY in the drum community

As in "just in case?"
It's "in case" (two words), not "incase" and not "in-case".

My phone doesn't tell me I spelled Natan wrong anymore because I write it often because it's my ds's name. Wink
I shut the autocorrect off.

I was texting my friend "poor you" because she had a stomach virus and by mistake I sent "poop you" which kind of made sense since she was having stomach problems...

don't ask me why auto correct thinks poop is a more common word than poor...

My daughter brought home an excellent mark on a test. I took a picture of it with my phone and emailed it to my in-laws with the subject line "Shep Nachas".
Except Autocorrect changed it to...
"Shep Jack@$$"

DH once contacted someone and to clarify who he was he wrote "I'm ____, the one who used to lie next to your sister Miri," instead of live next to.
