I just saw yet another batch of pictures posted on fb of kids improperly strapped into car seats. This child (age 1.5) had the straps so loose that they weren't even over his body- they had fallen down on his seat like loose suspenders. Please make sure the straps aren't slack when you strap your kids in! In an accident cvs they will be worthless and the child can easily be ejected from the seat through the windshield. I know this friend is super defensive and will probably defriend me and ignore it if I gently remark, so I'm hoping to save some children here instead.
(This is besides for the fact that the child was forward facing at this age... Which is legal but indisputedly dangerous)
