We can set up a private messaging system of some kind, or blog or whatever to keep us on track. A group would be fine too. Message on here if you will commit to the ten days and I will set it up. Please- don't respond anonymously because it is easier to work with people of we "know" them from here.

ETA: I was thinking we could all start Wednesday to give everyone time to stock up, take the plunge etc...

Of course, whoever completes the ten days and "enjoys" it is welcome to carry on to the 100 day pledge Smile Hopefully I will be doing the 100-day pledge too!

Why can't we just do it on a thread?

You can count me in. I guess I won't get to eat pizza three times a week. Sad

I was thinking we could do it on a thread too. It doesn't matter to me - whatever people think is best. Maybe we should all get food diaries and share the links anonymously for ideas?

I thought about this on shobbos, and even mentioned it to my family to help me see if I can do this.

Turns out there are really only two food items that I would have to give up to do this.

I'd have to leave the sugar free cookies out of the homemade coconut mint ice cream, that we make for shobbos.

And no Bamba.

I might be able to do this for 10 days, but not much longer than that. Giving up the Bamba would be the hardest part.
