I have been on food stamps in the past but I got kicked off because I did not reapply in time.

Now I would like to apply again, do I need to start from the begg. or is there a way to reopen an old file?

you will have to start new. when were you supposed to re-apply?

Was exactly one year ago. I never reapplied because my husband switched jobs and I thought we would'nt need it..... Sad

Unfortunately it looks like we are going to need it.
