I've never used instant pudding before. I have box sitting in my pantry for months and I wanna use it already-- I just don't know what to use it with.
can I put it in richs whip to make a flavored ice cream?
suggestions please!

pudding pie! make according to package directions and pour into a ready made grahm cracker crust and put in the fridge to set...topped with pareve whipped cream when serving!
or ice box cake...make pudding according to package directions...in a 9x13 pan layer crushed grahm crackers or other cookies...then layer pudding...then add some thin sliced bananas...repeat cookies/pudding/bananas again and then top with crumbled cookies on top layer!
in my experience making pudding with pareve milk makes it less firm than making it with dairy

I have a great recipe for cookies using instant pudding.
Another great recipe for ice cream.
Or you can follow the instructions on the side of the box, mix it with milk (whisk it up with a fork or something) and serve it to your kids for dessert. Its yum. Some people like to use it in milkshakes but I find that since it goes thick it makes the milkshake weird.

Whip up one 16oz container of whip until thick.
Add the pudding (vanilla or chocolate) and mix slowly.
Add 1/2 cup coffee whitener
1tsp nougat powder (you can omit that but it does give a great flavor)
4tsp of chocolate liqueur or brandy
and mix slow!
Pour into a container and freeze.
Its really yum but on the sweeter side so small portions are fine.
